MARKETING/EDITORIAL ASSISTANT, ELT

Marshall Cavendish Ltd is looking for a dynamic, well-organised and self-motivated graduate with ELT teaching experience to join its rapidly growing education division in central London. This is a key role within the company as it ensures that the ELT list is marketed and administered effectively.

Responsibilities will include co-ordinating attendance at major conferences, updating the website, preparing the annual catalogue, maintaining and updating marketing databases, commissioning marketing materials and responding to distributors’ requests for marketing support. In addition, the role carries with it editorial and production responsibilities such as producing monthly stock reports, liaising with printers and organising freighting of stock to our warehouses.

The successful candidate will be an efficient co-ordinator who can work to deadline and manage several projects at once with an eye for detail and accuracy. All candidates must have knowledge of the ELT environment as well as proven skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
